Shopping or browsing, it's all very easy at Miss Behave (UK). Below is a summary of each area and an explanation of what you can expect while visiting our website.
My Account
This is where we store your personal information such as name, address, telephone number and email along with your password for the site; we do not retain credit card information. All your personal details are used only for Miss Behave (UK) and will not be issued to 3rd parties (seeprivacy policy). Once you have created an account you can update it whenever you wish. Typically you will only update your account if you move address or change your e-mail.
Once your account is open (which takes immediate affect once your details have been entered) the next time you wish to purchase goods you only need to enter your e-mail and password to process orders.

Basket
As you add items to the basket you will be able to view the number of items and the value in the "Shopping Basket" icon in the top right of the screen. If you wish to update, delete, add or review your current basket please click on the icon and follow the instructions.
The only cost to be added to your basket value is carriage which will be confirmed at "checkout" stage.
Checkout
Once you are happy with the contents of your shopping basket you will be taken to "Checkout". At this stage you will be given an invoice number and will be able to confirm your request for goods. A full breakdown of all items chosen will be shown at the checkout stage along with a carriage charge.
You have the option of putting any special requirements on your order confirmation. We will endeavour to meet all requirements. You may, if you wish, still cancel the order at this stage.
Payment
On-Line - Via a Secure Server
The quickest way to process your order is via your credit or debit card. Our online processing is done via a secure server.
Cheque
If you do not wish to pay via credit/debit card we also accept cheques. Goods will be despatched after your cheque has cleared. Please allow 3 - 5 working days.

How much will postage cost?
Postage is Free to the following Areas:
Area 1 - England, Wales and parts of Scotland (excluding Highlands & Islands)
Area 2 - Highlands & Islands of Scotland
Area 3 - Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly & Channel Islands
Saturday Delivery, UK Mainland Only for £18.99 (Orders placed before 10am on a Friday)

When will we deliver your goods?
We want to get your order off to you as soon as possible. We would normally expect the goods to be despatched within 1-3 days. If we are out of stock on a product of your choice, we will get in touch with you to give you more details.
Not what you wanted?
So you've received the parcel and it really is not what you wanted after all. No problem! As long as all the packaging is intact and the product has not been used, just send it back within 14 days of receipt and we'll give you a refund, exchange or credit straight away (excluding postal charges).
Oh no! Its broken.
In the unlikely event of faulty goods, please tell us immediately. After many years in the trade we pride ourselves on the quality of our goods, but to continue that quality we need to know of any problems. Please contact us straight away and we will get it sorted out and organise an exchange, refund or credit. Please do not send items back without first contacting us so we can advise on the return of your product.
